Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising, resets, installations, and break-fix work, while guiding a team of associates to meet standards, timelines, and safety guidelines.

Travel across the market is required; you will partner with the District Manager to schedule and staff projects, train associates, and ensure on-time, quality execution for client projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronics displays, resets, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates; formal or informal lead role.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory: resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work to standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete accurate project reporting (visits, photos, data) via mobile apps and verify accuracy.
