Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across a defined market. You will supervise a team of associates, execute resets and installations, and ensure safety and standards are met while coordinating with store management and clients.

Regular travel within the market is required, and you may travel to neighboring markets as needed. The role offers full-time employment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance per policy.
• Proficiency with smartphone/tablet for reporting and photo capture.
• Willing to become forklift certified within 30 days when required by OSHA or client site.
• Within ~30 miles of majority stores; able to travel to neighboring markets as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel between stores during the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory: resets, planogram compliance, displays, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work for standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build strong relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete timely project reporting via company mobile apps with photos and data.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions promptly.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client/store issues to the District Manager.
• Lead the merchandising team to complete projects on time and with quality.
• Train, coach, and model standards for merchandising, installation, safety, and dress code.
• Contribute to associate performance discussions and onboarding as requested.
