Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising, resets, and installs while guiding a team of associates to deliver high-quality work on time.

You'll travel regularly within the market, supervise in-store activities, train staff, and ensure safety and policy compliance. The role emphasizes collaboration with the District Manager and client teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
Experience leading or directing work of field associates, formal or informal.

Responsibilities

Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory: resets, planogram compliance, displays, and fixture installation.
Direct the in-store team on projects, communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work for standards.
Build relationships with store management and client representatives.
Complete timely project reporting via mobile apps, ensuring accuracy of team reporting.
Plan efficient daily travel to meet project timelines and ensure safety protocols on site.
