Job summary

Channel Partners seeks an Area Execution Manager to oversee field merchandising across a defined market. You will lead in-store teams, manage resets and installations, and ensure planogram compliance with high quality and safety.

Regular travel to stores is required, with coordination with the District Manager for staffing and scheduling. Typical duties include reporting progress through mobile apps, coaching associates, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates; formal or informal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across assigned territory.
• Direct in-store team on projects, communicate instructions, and inspect work quality.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and clients.
• Complete on-time project reports via company apps; verify data accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and correct unsafe conditions on site.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to District Manager.
• Lead team to complete projects on time with quality standards.
• Train and coach staff on merchandising, installation, safety, and standards.
