Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across an assigned market. You will perform resets, installations, and break-fix work while directing merchandising associates to meet quality and schedule standards.

You will build strong relationships with store management and client representatives, report progress via company mobile apps, and coordinate travel between stores.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising in the assigned territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects and inspect completed work.
• Build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to quality and on-time completion of projects.
• Coach and train associates on merchandising standards.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding as requested.
