Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support 5-6 retail stores within a defined geographic area. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related building systems, ensuring reliable operation and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting, record-keeping, and collaboration with teams and clients to deliver world-class service. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is a plus.
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems; HVAC experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Conduct inspections to determine maintenance needs and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) for efficiency.
• Respond to service requests and complete tasks to meet client standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
