Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support 5–6 retail stores within a designated territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial RTUs and split systems, and handle general maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring and roofing.

A company vehicle, gas card, tools, iPad and iPhone will be provided. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of related experience, a valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to operate a full-size van/truck.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• Strong communication and computer/PDA skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials.
• Lead troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, roofs, drains.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC/R, plumbing) for operation.
• Oversee work by outside contractors.
• Maintain lighting systems and electrical components.
• Perform furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and report daily activity via PDA.
