Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a field-maintenance technician to support 5-6 retail stores within a defined region. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance on RTUs and split systems, and handle general building maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.

Responsibilities include using CMMS to manage work orders, coordinating with contractors, inspecting safety and code compliance, and providing timely reports via PDA. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to operate a full-size van/truck.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance on retail stores.
• Review work orders, estimate materials, and use CMMS to track work.
• Lead troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, roofs, and drains.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Oversee work by outside contractors and maintain lighting systems.
• Perform furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and report activity via PDA.
