Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support 5-6 retail stores within the CBRE client account. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial RTUs and split systems, and handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and related building tasks.

A company vehicle, gas card, tools, iPad and iPhone are provided. You will work with a dedicated team, respond to emergencies, manage work orders in CMMS, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience or trade training.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a full-size van/truck.
• EPA/CFC certification required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day repairs, emergencies and preventive maintenance; document work.
• Review work orders, estimate times/materials, and order supplies; use CMMS.
• Lead troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, roofs, and drains.
• Inspect installations for codes and safety; monitor building systems like fire alarms and HVAC.
• Supervise outside contractors and maintain lighting systems; assist with furniture and locksmith tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and report daily activities via PDA.
