CBRE Group, Inc., through CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, is seeking a maintenance professional to support 5-6 retail stores within a defined geographic area. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more to protect store operations and customer experience.

You'll use a company vehicle, gas card, tools, and mobile devices to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building systems; HVAC a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Inspect and assess maintenance needs and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems to ensure performance.
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver outstanding service.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Provide support for emergencies and on-call duties as needed.
