Responsibilities

• Own daily review and triage of Service Channel work orders.
• Proactively follow up with vendors for responses, quotes, and documentation.
• Track aging tickets and escalate as needed to facilities managers.
• Handle high-volume admin tasks (data entry, updates, notes).
• Support multiple facilities managers regionally as a shared coordinator.
• Obtain complete vendor proposals and required documents before approval.
• Maintain accurate Service Channel records and audit-ready data.
• Generate status reports and dashboards on spend and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend workflow or tool improvements.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and training on the Service Channel platform.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure safety guideline adherence.
• Support cost tracking, invoicing, and budget reconciliation.
• Build strong relationships with stores, operations managers, landlords, and vendors.
• Provide additional administrative support to regional facilities managers.
