Job summary

ALO is seeking a Facilities Manager to own the delivery of our facilities strategy across our North American portfolio. You will be the primary contact for FM in your region, overseeing day-to-day facilities operations, service channel management, and vendor partnerships to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of facilities maintenance or facilities management experience.
• Experience with minor hands-on repair or troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage service providers and vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Traveling up to 30% to oversee NA facilities.
• Own day-to-day operations for outsourced FM provider.
• Oversee daily retail facility operations per policies.
• Coordinate maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural components.
• Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Plan minor renovations and projects with timelines.
• Maintain records and generate regular facility reports.
