Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Facilities Coordinator to maintain store facilities, ensure safety and compliance, and manage repairs from request through completion. The RFC coordinates internal and external teams, tracks costs, and upholds lease and codes, using MARS to process requests.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 2–4 years in related trades, strong customer service and communication skills, and basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 2-4 years construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical or related trades experience.
• Good people skills. Excellent Customer Service. Must be able to multi-task and possess proven dependability and reliability.
• A basic knowledge of computers, including Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine break fix repairs for stores and coordinate larger repairs with Senior Coordinator queue.
• Initiate, oversee, and execute facility maintenance in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Process service requests via email, phone calls or MARS and generate work orders with scope and timing.
