Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales and coach a team to achieve goals. You will support the Brand Manager, supervise daily operations, and partner with Clinical and Lab staff to deliver exceptional eyewear service.

As a hands-on leader, you will train and develop associates, manage recruitment, and analyze performance data to drive results while upholding Now Optics’ values. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with at least one year in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to achieve objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition and development, partner with Recruiting, train new team members.
• Ensure lab and service standards, timely delivery and accurate orders.
• Maintain delivery time commitments and compliance with Now Service promises.
• Perform customer repairs and assist with eyeglass assembly and edge stock.
