Job summary

Macy's in Burlington, MA is seeking a Customer Experience Colleague to deliver exceptional service and tailored product recommendations. You'll engage customers in-store and online, leverage digital tools, and build relationships through My Client and social media to elevate their shopping journey.

You will work across departments, support floor readiness, event execution, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures, with a positive, collaborative attitude and a focus on meeting sales goals

Qualifications

Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
Experience in selling or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

Create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for customers.
Engage customers across in-store and online touchpoints and drive cross-category sales.
Build client relationships through outreach tools like My Client and social media.
Support floor readiness, event execution, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.
