Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and cash register duties. You will help create a clean, welcoming environment and engage with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.

The role requires strong customer service skills, basic math for cash accounting, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Frequent walking and standing, with team support, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring neat and presentable areas.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register and ensuring security of cash and company assets.
