Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and assisting customers. You’ll rotate to front-end duties as needed while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You will handle transactions, ensure cash safety, and work with leadership to keep the store running smoothly in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock items as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restrooms, floors, and restocking as required.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions and operate assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
