Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to handle cash register duties and front-end tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes a clean, welcoming environment, teamwork, and a strong customer service focus. A part-time schedule is available at our Perrysburg, Ohio location, with opportunities to contribute across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting required.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills; strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of integrity; basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner per productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and maintaining neat presentation.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while working the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
