Job summary

Michaels Stores in Northborough, MA is seeking a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout with cash handling to standards. You’ll also help unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

You’ll promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, support Omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and participate in planogram

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Ensure merchandise recovery and in-stock store condition.
