Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and move throughout the store.
• Physical requirements include lifting, bending, and climbing ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; be a positive role model for team members
