Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Seasonal Retail Service Team Member for a part-time role. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

You will assist with truck unloading, stock, planograms, and store recovery to maintain an in-stock, well-merchandised store. Availability includes nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around store.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old and able to lift/move boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Assist with unloading trucks, stocking, planograms and store recovery.
• Participate in BOPIS/SFS processes and frame shop tasks as needed.
• Support safety, SOPs and company policies while remaining professional.
