• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution to keep the store customer-ready.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership, service standards, and continuity of operations.
• Lead truck execution, unload, sort and flow merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines for in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards to company expectations.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom and sales floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy and stock movements; execute price changes on time.
