Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and provide fast, friendly checkout.
• Willingness to engage with customers and promote store programs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Maintain merchandise on the floor and through returns/go back.
• Support store in-stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
