Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Store Associate at MSP-APPLE VALLEY, MN. You will help customers find products, provide friendly checkout, and support merchandising, stocking, and store recovery to keep the shop well merchandised and in stock.

You’ll assist with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store while adhering to SOPs and safety standards. Must be at least sixteen and bring a retail mindset and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Ability to stand long periods and move around the store.
• Positive, friendly attitude and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms and stock levels.
• Assist with BOPIS/SFS processes and omnichannel duties.
• Support store recovery and compliance with SOPs and safety programs.
