Role involves engaging customers with rewards programs, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and upholding store recovery standards while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with ladders or similar equipment.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Assist customers with locating products and offer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
