Job summary

Carhartt, Inc. is seeking an on-site Retail Supervisor to support the Store Leader in delivering exceptional consumer experiences, executing visual standards, and maintaining strong store controls.

You will help tell the Carhartt story at the store level and foster a positive, collaborative team environment. This role entails coaching and training associates, coordinating recruitment efforts, managing operations data, and contributing to revenue growth through local events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory retail experience preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Strong staffing, coaching, training, and development knowledge.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate authentic consumer connections by delivering exceptional experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personalized.
• Support the Store Leader with implementing consumer experience programs, Visual Merchandising, and Visual Standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and support associate engagement.
• Coaching and feedback of associates to promote growth throughout their journey.
• Help ensure store controls and operating standards are followed while supporting profitability and safety.
• Communicate operational data, product information, and competitive insights to leadership.
• Support revenue-building strategies and monitor performance to achieve store goals.
• Assist with external partnerships and events for brand growth.
• Support community engagement events and local brand awareness initiatives.
• Participate in recruiting and identifying potential talent for all positions.
