Job summary

Carhartt is seeking a Store Leader/Associate Supervisor to join our D2C team onsite at our Rogers, AR retail location. You will support the Store Leader in delivering the Carhartt story, manage merchandising, and lead a high-performing team focused on exceptional consumer experiences.

The role requires 1 year of supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach associates while maintaining store standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional consumer experiences focusing on engagement, efficiency, and personalization.
• Support Store Leader with store initiatives, visual standards and merchandising.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and growth.6
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates for performance development.
• Ensure store controls and operating standards are followed to maintain profitability and safety.
• Communicate operations data, product trends, and local competitive insights to leadership.
• Assist in executing revenue-building strategies and monitor key metrics.
• Support external partnerships and in-store event promotions.
• Lead community engagement activities and brand awareness efforts.
