Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer service oriented retail environment
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player with quick learning ability
• Able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in the Store according to brand values
• Help achieve or exceed sales, KPI and profitability goals
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development
• Manage payroll control and scheduling for profitability
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store leadership
• Achieve/inventory and shrink goals; manage counts
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise
• Follow policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe, healthy, compliant work and shopping environment
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends/evenings/holidays
