Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with PUMA's brand values. You will help drive sales and ensure accurate checkout, stock maintenance, and store cleanliness.

The role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours, teamwork, communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Base pay ranges from $16.94 to $19.94 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience.
• Strong team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and quickly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Be available to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
