Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure brand standards are met in the store. You will handle transactions, maintain merchandising, and support stock management while working flexible hours.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with Benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related role.
• Strong team player and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly; basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store per PUMA Brand Values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, achieve or exceed sales KPI and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout, securely and quickly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming/outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with stock levels, counts, and product availability.
• Comply with all Policies, Procedures, and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
