Fleet Feet Nashville is seeking an Assistant Retail Experience Manager to support the Retail Experience Manager in delivering the best customer experience. You will help onboard Outfitters, coach in the moment, manage floor operations and scheduling to keep the store running smoothly, with a high-energy, customer‑centric culture.

This role requires leadership with retail experience, a passion for training and developing others, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a retail team and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to onboard and coach employees effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-energy environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Experience Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Onboard new Outfitters and provide ongoing education.
• Coach in the moment and conduct performance check-ins.
• Manage scheduling and floor operations to ensure smooth store flow.
• Act as Manager on Duty when RXM is not present.
• Foster customer happiness and maintain a positive staff culture.
