Job summary

North 40 Outfitters is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Great Falls Home Office team. You will bridge business operations and technology, focusing on D365 Finance & Operations to optimize systems supporting stores, distribution centers, and supply chain.

You will analyze processes, document requirements, and drive enhancements while ensuring operational accuracy and exceptional service. Occasional travel to North 40 locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, distribution, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Ability to analyze workflows, document requirements, and propose practical solutions.
• Experience in system enhancements, testing, deployment, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between business operations and technology teams.
• Improve operational efficiency and reference of D365 F&O across stores and distribution centers.
• Gather and document business requirements, test functionality, and support post‑implementation issues.
• Collaborate with store leadership, IT partners, and vendors to resolve system problems and optimize processes.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and end‑user training materials.
