North 40 Outfitters is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Home Office team in Great Falls, MT. You will bridge business operations with technology, focusing on D365 F&O to improve store, distribution, and supply chain processes.

We value authentic, proactive individuals who can document requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver practical solutions that enhance inventory accuracy, fulfillment performance, and the overall user experience. Travel to North 40 locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of retail operations, distribution, inventory management, and supply chain.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specs.
• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O and supporting retail/store operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between business operations and technology teams.
• Optimize systems and processes supporting stores, DCs, and supply chain.
• Support module areas like inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Assist in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and post‑go live support.
