Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) in a fast-paced retail environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, developers, and partners to enhance enterprise applications focused on Operations.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems, you will analyze requirements, configure systems, test functionality, and document processes. On-site presence is required 4+ days per week at our Carlsbad, CA headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 4+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics AX, or another enterprise ERP platform.
• Experience participating in system testing, user acceptance testing, or production support activities.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, Azure DevOps, or Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of D365 F&O and related enterprise applications.
• Assist with gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Configure and test D365 F&O functionality under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and help resolve production support issues.
