Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, business or a related field.
3+ years supporting ERP or enterprise business systems.
Experience with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing or Operations.
Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting system enhancements.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and recommend system‑based solutions.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements for enhancements.
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and partners to deliver solutions.
Develop functional specs, process flows, and documentation.
Create and execute test plans for system changes.
Assist with change management, training, and user adoption.
