PlayCore seeks a Business Systems Analyst to partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management and Operations. You will identify process improvements, optimize business systems, and support strategic technology initiatives.

Ideal candidates will combine strong process knowledge with technical aptitude and enjoy a collaborative, continuous-improvement environment focused on operational excellence and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise business systems.
• Experience with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, or Operations processes.

Responsabilités

• Promote PlayCore's mission and support of enterprise business applications, including D365 F&O.
• Serve as a primary contact for business users across multiple functions.
• Analyze processes and recommend system-based solutions to improve efficiency.
• Gather and validate requirements for enhancements, integrations, and reports.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and partners to design and deliver solutions.
• Develop test plans and validate changes for successful deployments.
