Job summary

S+H Search seeks an Accounting Analyst to bridge accounting, finance and IT, focusing on ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will translate finance requirements into ERP solutions and support integration of acquisitions into D365, while analyzing workflows across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain.

This on-site role in the Greater Chattanooga area offers growth as ERP capabilities expand and processes are standardized across operating companies.

Are you an accounting professional with ERP implementation experience who wants to move into an analyst opportunity? If so, a rapidly growing, multi-brand manufacturing organization is looking for an Accounting Analyst who understands both accounting/finance/business processes and ERP technology to help support continued growth.

This is a brand-new, high-impact role created to strengthen the connection between Accounting, Finance, and IT.

What You’ll Do

• Support and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Translate Finance and business requirements into effective ERP solutions
• Support the integration of newly acquired companies into D365
• Analyze and improve finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and operational workflows
• Gather requirements, document processes, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements
• Help standardize business processes across multiple operating companies
• Partner with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, vendors, and implementation partners
• Lead projects and initiatives as an internal ERP process owner
• Develop testing plans, process documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Train and support end users while helping drive adoption and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is business-savvy, analytical, and comfortable sitting between Accounting, Finance, and IT.

You’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience supporting ERP, enterprise business systems, finance systems, or related business processes
• Strong understanding of finance/accounting processes
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Experience troubleshooting workflows and supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or optimization
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-service mindset and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field
