Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Peoria, AZ. You will deliver excellent customer experiences, assist with cashiering, merchandising, replenishment and e-commerce fulfillment. You’ll also educate customers about ClubBev and the Gopuff App, and ensure accurate order picking and packing.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, adherence to store standards, and a flexible approach to duties as assigned. 21+ age required with preferred retail or warehouse background.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience preferred.
• Concise and direct communication to ensure understanding.
• Ability to motivate and achieve goals with clear standards.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions and decisions.
• Stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations; maintain store standards.
• Provide excellent customer experience and handle duties as assigned.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and Gopuff App.
• Make product recommendations using knowledge and training.
• Pick and pack items per order for dispatch and ensure accuracy.
