Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Scottsdale, AZ to deliver outstanding customer service, operate as a cashier, and support merchandising and e-commerce fulfillment. The role emphasizes accurate order picking/packing and helping maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.

Responsibilities include educating customers about BevMo! ClubBev and the Gopuff App, collaborating with team members, and supporting management with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience through cashiering and service programs.
• Assist stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations to keep the store clean and organized.
• Perform duties as directed by management and handle other operational projects.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Pick and pack items for customer orders with accuracy.
