Job summary

Gopuff Ballard, WA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling cashiering, merchandising, replenishment and e-commerce fulfillment. The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer education about BevMo!’s ClubBev and the Gopuff App, and accurate order picking/packing.

Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, assisting with stock and warehouse tasks, and collaborating with teammates to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience preferred.
• Clear and concise communication to ensure message understood by others.
• Drive results by meeting or exceeding goals and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience through cashiering, merchandising, replenishment, receiving and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Model company values in actions, communication and decision-making.
• Maintain store standards by stocking, merchandising and ecommerce operations; recover the store and complete tasks.
• Consistently create a positive customer experience using sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations to customers.
• Provide solutions such as substitutions or special orders when applicable.
• Pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers; ensure accuracy.
• Clean and organize warehouse.
