Job summary

Gopuff is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Ventura, CA to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will perform cashier duties, assist with stocking, merchandising and e-commerce fulfillment, and help keep the store clean and organized.

You will educate customers about BevMo! ClubBev and the Gopuff App, make product recommendations, and pick/pack items for dispatch with accuracy. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Clear communication to ensure others understand messages.
• Drive results by meeting and exceeding goals with clear standards.
• Process management to keep workflows effective and adaptable.
• Collaborate with others to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience as a cashier and on the sales floor.
• Stock, merchandise and replenish as needed to maintain store standards.
• Assist with e-commerce fulfillment and order picking/packing for dispatch.
• Educate customers about BevMo!'s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Suggest substitutions or special orders when needed and ensure accuracy.
