Job summary

Gopuff in Citrus Heights, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide an excellent customer experience as a cashier, sales floor merchandiser, replenishment, receiving and e-commerce fulfillment.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, enriching the customer journey, enrolling customers in BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App, and ensuring order accuracy during pick/pack and shipping operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to drive results.
• Ability to manage store operations and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience as cashier and sales associate.
• Stock, merchandise, replenish and assist with e-commerce fulfillment.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Pick and pack items for dispatch and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and store area.
