Job summary

Gopuff is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an excellent customer experience and perform cashiering, merchandising, replenishment and e-commerce fulfillment.

The role involves stocking, organizing the warehouse area, assisting with operations, and educating customers about BevMo!’s ClubBev and the Gopuff App. You will pick and pack orders for dispatch and strive for accuracy in every transaction.

Qualifications

• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Communication: Provide the information required by others in a concise, direct, and unambiguous way.
• Driving Results: Motivate individuals to achieve and exceed goals by establishing accountabilities, clarifying performance expectations, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience as cashier and on the sales floor.
• Merchandise, replenish and receive items; support e-commerce fulfillment.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev and the Gopuff App.
• Pick and pack items for dispatch and ensure accuracy.
