Job summary

Gopuff is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Whittier, CA to deliver an excellent customer experience and handle cashiering, merchandising, replenishment, and e-commerce fulfillment. You will educate customers on BevMo!’s ClubBev and the Gopuff App, use product knowledge to recommend items, and ensure accurate pick-and-pack for orders.

This full-time role includes medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, employee discounts, vacation and sick time, and access to employee assistance

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to drive results and meet goals.
• Systematic approach to improve workflow and processes.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making.
• Maintain store standards by stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations; recover the store to maintain cleanliness; complete operational tasks.
• Performs duties as directed by management.
• Create a positive customer experience through sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations to customers.
• Provide customers with solutions, such as substitutions or special orders.
• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers; ensure accuracy of items picked/packed.
• Clean and organize warehouse.
