Premium Retail Services, LLC is seeking a dynamic Retail District Manager to lead and develop a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers across assigned stores. You will supervise in-store work, ensure project timelines, and uphold client expectations while representing the company and its brands.

The role emphasizes hands-on in-store engagement (minimum 50%), team coaching, and effective collaboration with store personnel.

• Leadership and management experience in retail environments.
• Ability to interview, hire, onboard and develop associates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers in your area.
• Understand the business model and client expectations in detail.
• Spend at least 50% of time in-store to grasp in-store requirements.
• Manage projects to on-time, high-quality completion with accurate documentation.
• Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure adequate resources and support.
• Enhance selling effectiveness and balance store coverage with store work.
