You will work closely with Regional Managers, clients, store managers, and retail personnel to meet client objectives, drive merchandising execution, and maintain financial discipline. This role requires travel up to 40% and strong leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years experience in military or civilian channels with 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Travel up to 40%; driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, signed, faced, and aligned with standards.
• Drive sales and merchandising performance through display execution and forecasting.
• Build strong retailer and client relationships and secure new item placement.
• Conduct store audits and manage retail personnel to support client objectives.
• Ensure product placement and shelf conditions meet standards.
• Complete reports, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Oversee store coverage and scheduling to meet field execution requirements.
• Manage budgets and expenses to maintain financial discipline.
