Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC is seeking a Retail District Manager (Walmart) to lead and develop a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers. You will supervise and drive in-store results while representing the company, clients, and customers across the Cleveland, OH area.

In this salaried role, you’ll spend significant time in-store, manage projects, coach staff, and optimize selling effectiveness. Travel and flexible hours may be required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Associate degree preferred for advanced candidates.
• Some college with 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, or reset experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team in your geographic area.
• Develop and maintain understanding of the company’s business model, client and customer expectations, and work processes.
• Spend minimum 20% in-store to understand business and project requirements.
• Manage assigned work to completion, on time, and with high-quality results.
• Assign work to the team and ensure resources and support are in place.
• Understand and optimize selling effectiveness in assigned territories.
• Partner with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and maintain relationships.
• Ensure company policies are followed by directly managed associates.
• Communicate territory responsibilities to the MEI admin team and use MEI for reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
