Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a team of Retail Service Merchandisers/Lead Merchandisers across the region. You will lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management while coaching staff to meet project goals and client expectations.

You will also coordinate field work, manage schedules, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting through company systems. A proactive leader with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service or reset experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and manage Retail Service Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser teams, including hiring, onboarding and coaching.
• Understand client and project details; occasionally work in the field to guide requirements.
• Manage project work to meet schedules, assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and safety.
• Maintain web-based tools, documentation, and reporting for project work.
