Job Type: Per-Required Need. Work Location: Market - SS - PA - Pittsburgh. Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Work Monday–Friday; weekends not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to field services management within 24 hours and keep availability updated.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures according to planograms and client requests.
- Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving each job site.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to restore display and fixture functionality.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team‑based installations of two or more people.
- Use mobile applications and technology to manage virtual software and ensure task execution.
- Assist team members as needed and contribute to overall team success.
- Submit timecards accurately and report anomalies daily.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification programs on schedule.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed and accept all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives to execute jobs fully and completely.
- Collaborate with shared services teams, clients, retailers, and stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies and improve processes.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction in accordance with shared service field KPIs, providing and receiving feedback.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as required.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email; proficient in using a smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or merchandising experience, with installation and merchandising skills preferred.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and the ability to follow planogram directives.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device for data uploads.
- Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication and presentation skills, sound judgment, and effective problem‑solving abilities.
