Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday; weekends are not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent communication with field services management, responding within 24 hours of contact.
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete necessary forms/images and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early morning installations and team installations involving two or more people.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed and contribute to the team's success.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily and correct as needed.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate and complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Age / Eligibility: Must be 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability: Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as needed; maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical Abilities: Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability: Adjust to the ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking, uploading photos, and connecting to the internet; respond within 24 hours of contact.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred; installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
- Technology: Own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate various communication platforms and applications independently.
- Training: Complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame.
- Transportation & Travel: Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily.
- Leadership & Communication: Superior leadership skills; strong professional communication and presentation skills; sound judgment; problem solving.
- Time Management: Excellent time‑management and reporting skills; ability to work autonomously.
